Our Business Requirements
Cooperativa per il restauro has obtained gender equality certification under a call for proposals aimed at encouraging gender balance both in the workplace and in society. The main objective of this initiative was to promote a culture of equality through awareness-raising activities, education, and the development of inclusive good practices within the working environment and local communities. The initiative was co-financed by the European Union under the National ESF+ Programme 2021-2027, making a significant contribution to the achievement of its objectives.
